By paying this invoice you accept LOC8's Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”), which governs the relationship between LOC8 (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”) engaging in our services.

1. Services Provided LOC8 agrees to perform the services selected in your signed agreement or onboarding form. These may include, but are not limited to: Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and/or management Local SEO and citation building Review generation strategy Content creation (Google Posts, images, videos) Website SEO consulting Other marketing services as agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate and complete business information Grant necessary access to platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, website, social media) Supply requested assets (e.g., logos, photos, videos) in a timely manner Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Term & Renewal Unless otherwise stated, all services are billed as a one-time payment. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. All work performed up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid in full.

4. Fees & Payment Payment is due in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

5. Performance Disclaimer While LOC8 uses proven strategies, search rankings, lead volume, and other results may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes, market competition, client responsiveness).

6. Ownership of Work You retain ownership of your business listings, profiles, and original assets. LOC8 retains ownership of any proprietary processes, templates, or tools used during service delivery. Any content created by LOC8 for your business will be transferred to you upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and personal information confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability LOC8 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

9. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
